For the optimal results, flowers should be handed over promptly while still fresh. Once flowers begin to wilt or discolor, these changes will be more pronounced after pressing. In such cases, we may choose to exclude flowers from the final design based on their condition.

We recommend delivering your flowers within 2 to 3 days after your event to ensure they are at their peak.

• Flowers dropped off before 3 pm on a weekday will be pressed the same day.
  
• Flowers dropped off on weekends will be pressed on the next working day, in order of your booking timeslot.
  

To avoid disappointment, please book your preferred drop-off date and time early. Kindly note that drop-offs are strictly by appointment only.

Regrettably, once your bouquet has dried, it cannot undergo the pressing process. Dried flowers tend to be brittle and will disintegrate under pressure. 

However, we provide recreation services if you wish to create a flower frame out of the same types of flowers used in your bouquet.

Pressed flowers will naturally undergo colour changes as their pigments break down with exposure to light, humidity, and oxygen. This gentle transformation is inevitable and is part of the beauty of botanical art — each piece evolves slowly over the years, much like a vintage keepsake.

To help slow this process, our frames are fitted with a specially designed seal to create optimal conditions inside the frame. As different flowers fade at varying rates, and environmental factors also play a role, we recommend displaying your frame away from direct sunlight and keeping it in a cool, dry place.
