Terms of service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Finely Pressed website (the “Service”), operated by Finely Pressed (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Orders and Payment
Orders: By placing an order through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you order multiple pressed flower frames, all bouquets must be dropped off on the same day indicated during the order process.
Payment: All payments made through the Service are processed securely. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in product or service descriptions or pricing, or suspected fraud.
Design Process & Revisions
Design Drafts: For custom pressed flower artwork, we will provide design drafts for your review and approval before production begins.
Revisions: Each order includes up to three (3) complimentary design revisions. A revision includes adjustments such as repositioning flowers, changing layouts, or minor modifications within the same design concept.
Additional Revisions: Revisions beyond the included three will be charged at the prevailing rate, which will be communicated before proceeding.
Scope of Revisions: Requests that significantly alter the original design concept or require sourcing additional materials may incur additional charges, which will be quoted before proceeding.
Color Correction: Any color correction applied to the artwork is at the designer's discretion. Specific color correction requests from customers will incur additional charges.
Approval & Production: Framing or resin casting begins only after you approve the final design via the design review link provided. Once approved, no further changes can be made without additional charges.
International Shipping (Outside Singapore)
All international orders shipped outside Singapore are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. You, the recipient, are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your country’s authorities. These charges are separate from the shipping costs paid to Finely Pressed and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing your order.
Warranty and Care
We take great care in crafting each floral artwork to ensure you enjoy it for years to come. We provide a 30-day warranty for any manufacturing defects in the frame. If defects are noticed within this period, please contact us immediately to arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost.
As your artwork features natural, organic flowers, these materials remain sensitive to their environment even after framing. Environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, or wet weather may sometimes cause mould, rot, insect activity, or discoloration. These are not covered under our after-sales warranty.
To preserve your artwork, it is the client’s responsibility to store and display it in suitable conditions—away from direct sunlight, humidity, and areas with drastic temperature changes, especially during wet weather seasons.
Storage and Conditions
Preserved flower products should be stored in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperatures. Exposure to unsuitable conditions may diminish the quality and lifespan of the preserved flowers. Customers are responsible for any damage resulting from mishandling or improper storage.
Customer Responsibility During Transport
Customers are responsible for ensuring the quality of the flower bouquet before submitting it to us for preservation. The condition of the flowers—whether fresh or deteriorating—directly affects the final quality and quantity of preserved flowers. Proper packaging and care during transport, including when using our pickup service, are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is outlined separately and is incorporated herein by reference.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Finely Pressed, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service;

Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service;

Any content obtained from the Service; or

Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Workshop Registration & Slots
Registration: Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Limited Slots: Each time slot has limited availability.
Scheduling & Changes:

Changes to Schedule: Finely Pressed reserves the right to change the date, timing, and venue of workshops.

Minimum Participants: Workshops are confirmed only with a minimum of 4 participants. If this minimum is not met, participants will be notified at least 3 days in advance.

Rescheduling: If a workshop is rescheduled, participants will be informed and alternative dates provided.

No Additional Cost: Rescheduling incurs no additional charges, and refreshment packages remain unaffected.

Refund for Rescheduling: If a suitable date cannot be arranged within 3 months, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Food & Beverages:

Participants are encouraged to purchase any additional food or beverages for consumption at the venue.

Only food and beverages purchased from the venue are allowed.
Gift Cards
Gift cards issued by Finely Pressed are not redeemable for cash and can only be used for purchases on our website. Gift cards must be used within the validity period and may not be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio/video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Finely Pressed or its content suppliers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, perform, or display any part of the Service without prior written consent.
Use of Customer Photos: By using our Service, you grant Finely Pressed the right to use photos of your product for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and other promotional materials. If you do not wish your photos to be used, please contact us at hello@finelypressed.com.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. Material changes are determined at our sole discretion.
