Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Finely Pressed for your custom wedding bouquet preservation needs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy.
Here's how our refund policy works:

Cancellation Timeline:
- Cancellations made at least 3 months in advance of the scheduled preservation slot will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made between 2 to 3 months in advance of the scheduled preservation slot will be eligible for a 20% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 months before the scheduled preservation slot.
- No refunds will be issued in cases of workshop cancellation or participant no-shows.

Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@finelypressed.com with your order details.

Admin Fee:
- A non-refundable admin fee of 5.5% will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee is charged to offset the transaction fees incurred from the payment gateway during the original transaction.

Exceptions:
- Refunds will not be provided for any customization or materials already purchased for your order.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or extenuating circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your preservation slot, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options. If rescheduling occurs within 7 days from the date or order, a late order surcharge will apply.
- We reserve the right to change the date and timing of the workshop. If the workshop must be rescheduled, participants will be informed and alternative dates will be provided. If a suitable date cannot be arranged within the next 3 months, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Transferable:
- Preservation slots are non-transferable and cannot be resold to another party without prior approval from Finely Pressed.
