At Finely Pressed, we are committed to providing exceptional service throughout every step of the process, including shipping. Please review the following shipping policy details:
Processing Time:
- Once we receive your flowers for preservation, our skilled team begins the meticulous process of preserving, designing, and framing your customized product. Please note that this comprehensive process may take between 6-9 months before your order is ready for shipping. Rest assured that we will keep you updated on the progress of your order through the order status page available at Order Status.
Shipping Method:
- Singapore: We offer one standard frame delivery option for all orders within Singapore. Expedited shipping options are not available due to the customized nature of our products and the time required for preservation and framing.
- Malaysia: We are pleased to extend our services to Malaysia, with shipping available from our workshop in Selangor. Shipping rates for orders in Malaysia will vary depending on the distance from our workshop.
- Other International Destinations (Outside Singapore & Malaysia): For all orders shipped to destinations outside of Singapore and Malaysia, shipments are made under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that you, the recipient, are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that may be levied by your country's customs authorities upon arrival of the package. These charges are separate from the shipping costs paid to Finely Pressed and are not included in your order total or our shipping rates. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order
Special Handling for Preserved Flower Products:
- For items that include preserved flowers, such as pressed flower frames and pressed flower resins, we prioritize the integrity of the product throughout the delivery process. Given the sensitivity of preserved flowers to temperature and humidity, we offer same-day delivery services whenever possible to maintain quality. These products are transported directly from the pickup point to your address, bypassing any delivery hubs to minimise handling and exposure.

Delivery Time:
- After the 6-9 month processing period, your order will be shipped using our standard frame delivery option. Delivery times vary depending on your location within Singapore or Malaysia.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays:
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may cause delays in shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Change of Delivery Address:
- If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact our customer service via the chat function on finelypressed.com and quote your order number. We will be happy to update your delivery details before your items are dispatched. Please note, we cannot change the delivery address once an item is dispatched.
