Flower Drop-Off Instructions For Delivery Services

When you are dropping off the flowers, please ensure you also include a note provided by the sender. This note contains the sender's name and order details.

Important Reminder: Please do not leave the flowers outside the Design Studio. All drop-offs must be completed inside as per the contactless procedure detailed below.

Drop-off Location:

All flower drop-offs should be done at our Design Studio in a contactless manner.

Contactless Drop-off Procedure:

Access: Access to our Design Studio is done via the smart lock on the glass door. To wake up the smart lock, place your palm on the smart lock and swipe up or down. This will activate the smart lock and light up the number pad.
Alerting Us: Locate the bell button at the bottom right corner of the keypad, press it, and you will hear a doorbell sound. This alerts us remotely, allowing us to unlock the door for you. Please allow us a few minutes to unlock the door.
Inside Placement: Once inside, you will find multiple tables with vases, each labeled by order number and name. Please place your bouquet in the corresponding vase. Follow these additional guidelines:
- Using sender's own vase: If the sender has provided their own vase, please fill it with water and place it in the designated spot.
- Additional placement guidelines: If the bouquet is large, or if there is insufficient space, you can place your flowers carefully on the floor.
Securing exit: Ensure the door is closed properly behind you as it is equipped with an auto-lock feature that secures the door automatically once closed.
