Flower Drop-Off Instructions

Please include a note with your name when dropping off your flowers. For any changes to your schedule or specific handover requests, don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Drop-off Location:

All flower drop-offs should be done at our Design Studio in a contactless manner.

Contactless Drop-off Procedure:

  1. Notification: Before arriving at our Design Studio, please message us via WhatsApp with your estimated time of arrival so we will know what time to expect you.
  2. Access: Access our Design Studio using the smart lock on the glass door. Place your palm on the lock and swipe up or down to activate it and illuminate the number pad.
    • If you have been given a time-limited passcode, enter the passcode, then press the arrow button (↳) on the right side of number 0.
    • Otherwise, press the bell button at the bottom right of the keypad to ring the doorbell. We'll unlock the door remotely; please allow us a few minutes.


  3. Inside Placement: Once inside, you will find multiple tables with vases, each labeled by order number and name. Please place your bouquet in the corresponding vase. Follow these additional guidelines: 


    • For late orders: If you have a late order, or your details are not already labeled on a vase, use the empty vases available with post-it notes. Please write down your name and order number on a post-it note and attach it to your vase.
    • Using your own vase: If you brought your own vase, please fill it with water and place it in your designated spot. If you’d like to take your vase back, kindly transfer your bouquet into one of our vases, as we do not keep vases.
    • Additional placement guidelines: If your bouquet is large, or if there is insufficient space, you can place your flowers carefully on the floor.


  4. Securing exit: Ensure the door is closed properly behind you as it is equipped with an auto-lock feature that secures the door automatically once closed.

Security Assurance:

Our facility is monitored with CCTV surveillance to ensure the safety and security of your drop-offs.

Instructions for Using Delivery Services or Asking Friends to Drop Off:

If you are arranging for a delivery service like Grab, Lalamove, or asking a friend to drop off your flowers for you, please send them the delivery service drop-off instructions.
